It is the customer's responsibility to ensure suitability of our products for your pet. We recommend you check daily for wear. 

It is important you as a responsible owner supervise your pet at all times when using any items.

Our items are not mass produced, each couch is created individually for each specific order. Please allow us time to create your Critter Couch with care and detail!

We accept payment through major credit/debit cards and Venmo.

We try our best to portray the colors on our website as they are however this can be difficult with lighting and camera use so there may be some extremely slight differences. And please bear in mind as our items are handmade each one is individual and may vary minutely on measurements. 

Similarly, we order all of our fabrics from Etsy and Amazon. As such, some fabrics pictured on past couches may be out of stock at the time of your order. We will do our best to find the perfect fabric to fit your critter!
